This first exercise asks you to estimate your household cashflow for a full 24 months after your last paycheck from your last employer.

Please download this list of 50+ areas where, with a little bit of work, you can reduce your monthly personal and household expenses.

We took this list and poured it into a table you can use.  In the two, right hand columns, for as many expenditure items that apply to you, you can:

1) Write down how much you are currently spending each month.

2) Write down what your new, future, monthly expenses could be if you followed the advice in each area that applies to you!
